Snowshoefilms series #3. In early 2007, Daniel Estulin, on Dutch TV, exposed the meeting place and names of the Istanbul Bilderberg get-together. He also exposed the Bilderberg plan of global population reduction (3 billion or so), through mass starvation, diseases, and Peak Oil-induced de-industrialization. That "plan," Estulin notes, was initiated by Bilderberg operative Henry Kissinger in 1974 (NSSM 200) after Nixon had been forced out the the White House. Estulin says he himself is a front man (the writer and public face) for a group of intelligence agents (mostly ex-KGB) from Estulin's native Estonia. Part of a family of emigres from the Soviet Union in the mid-1980s, Daniel Estulin first found refuge in Canada. A Flamenco guitarist in addition to Bilderberg slueth, the author lives in Seville, Spain. After 10 years of peripheral intrigue, watching and reporting on the world's elite (the Owners and their Trusted Servants), Estulin sympathizes with the Bilderberg mantra of 'Peak Oil' and the consequent Bilderberg argument for massive population reduction in their effort to bring about a 'post-industrial world'. Shades of Parson Malthus with a Leo Straussian twist, the BBs. But wait! Take a gander at Lindsey Williams, on youtube, for starters. Williams was a southern Baptist preacher who reckoned the 25,000 men going up to build the Alaska pipeline needed Jesus. He got hired on in 1970 as Arco's chaplain. The public relations office saw what a good job he was doing, flying around from camp to camp, preaching Jesus (less fights, less drinking, fewer days off, less need of counseling for the thousands of men building the pipeline). ARCO gave Baptist preacher Rev. Lindsey Williams executive status, inviting him to sit in on board meetings. Rev. Williams did this for three years. And he sat in on the euphoric 1973 ARCO board meeting announcing an enormous North Shore oil discovery. All the gears were in motion to tell the world. Rev. Williams videos and book tell what happened. But, an addendum: just a cursory look suggests that plugging the Alaskan ARCO coincides with the heavy-duty moves to implement the Bilderberg plan (see NSSM 200, above). yoryevrah

Nine months after his arrest in DeKalb County on battery charges tied to a Waffle House brawl, hick-hopper Kid Rock has pleaded no contest to one count of battery in DeKalb County State Court, putting the whole covered and smothered saga behind him. The performer legally known as Robert J. Ritchie was sentenced to 12 months of probation, six hours of anger management counseling and 80 hours of community service. The musician was fined $1000, plus $300 in court costs. Four other counts of battery were dropped. Last October, the performer, his band members and tour crew were eating at a Buford Highway Waffle House after a sold-out show at the Tabernacle downtown when the group got into an altercation with fellow diner Harlem DeJon Akins. A fight spilled into the parking lot and an expensive plate glass window was broken. Ritchie and company made national headlines after being processed at the DeKalb County Jail. His smiling mugshot ended up on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," MTV and various other media outlets. In March, the rapper/rocker returned to Georgia to sign autographs and meet fans at a Gwinnett County Waffle House as a fund-raiser for Nicholas House. The media and fan frenzy raised more than $12,000. Said Mr. Rock at the time: "I came back to do something nice for Atlanta. I just wanted to give something back. I've always loved Atlanta. I'm going to take it and do something positive. Sort of take a negative situation and make it a positive situation." On Monday, Kid Rock guitarist Jason E. Krause pleaded no contest and received probation; he also was ordered to put in 120 hours of community service, to attend 12 anger management classes and to pay a $1,320 fine. Charges against bassist Aaron Julison and entourage members George P. Vourvoulias, James W. Murphy and Brian O. Lang were dropped. Group member James W. Murphy pleaded no contest, and was given 40 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $1,320 fine. But fans shouldn't necessarily expect to see Kid Rock and mates performing a local concert or picking up any DeKalb litter as part of his community service. The Michigan native may well ask to have his community service hours transferred to his place of residence, said Artealia Gilliard, a spokeswoman for the office of DeKalb's Solicitor-General.

http://forerunner.com/ccbc/X0019_Three_abortion_docto.html Before the abortion clinic closed for good in 2000, there was much protest activity on the public property around the Aware Woman Center for Choice. In 1993, Judge McGregor issued an injunction against three organizations and six individuals and all persons "acting in concert" with them. This injunction requires these respondents to stay outside of a 36 foot buffer zone created on public property. * In 1993, 104 people, none of them named on the injunction, were convicted of violating this injunction. These trials were before a judge who was brought out of retirement from north Florida just for these trials. He was not accountable to the citizens of Brevard county. Also, no jury trial was allowed. All 104 defendants believe that they were unjustly convicted. They were on public property where they had every right to be as members of the public. No judge had ever told them to stay out of the buffer zone. * In the Madsen case in June of 1994, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the 36-foot buffer zone part of the injunction as it applies to named parties. Since no non-parties were plaintiffs in the case, no ruling was made about the "in concert" clause. * In the Alf case in the fall of 1995, the U.S. Supreme court refused to hear the case of the 104 non-parties even though it had basically invited this case in the opinion written in the Madsen case. The Supreme Court has refused to give a clear, definitive ruling on the "in concert" part of this injunction. * After June 1994, there were over 20 injunction violation charges made by the Melbourne Police Department. Not one of these cases was brought to trial. They were all dismissed. At some point, arrest with the knowledge that there will be no prosecution becomes harassment. Being dragged off to jail, having to post bond, and then having to show up for as many as nine court dates over a period of nine months, as in one defendant's case, just to see the charges dropped is harassment. This is unconstitutional. The sixth amendment to our Constitution guarantees that the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy trial and to be confronted with the witnesses against him. After two years of court battles and over 20 individual arrests, pro-lifers were recently able to take back the buffer zone. Graham Dugas, who lives across the street from the Aware Woman Abortuary and its infamous 36-foot buffer zone, took the buffer zone back on Saturday, May 11, 1996. On the previous Thursday, Dugas had successfully defended himself in Court on a buffer zone violation charge. On May 11, he went back into the zone using the same props with the court evidence tags still attached. He was carrying a pro-life sign and the transmitting half of a baby monitor being used as a disposable remote microphone to pick up audio for the video camera when he was previously arrested. He was immediately warned again at which time he left the buffer zone and asked to speak to a supervisor. A lieutenant came out and after some discussion, withdrew the warning. Dugas then went back into the buffer zone and waved everyone over. About 30 people walked, prayed and picketed in the buffer zone freely for the first time in three years. Sidewalk counseling took place on the sidewalk again for the first time in almost two years. When Christians pray and counsel women from sidewalks n front of abortion clinics more women are dissuaded from having their babies aborted than when people are not allowed to come within these unconstitutional "buffer zones." - Meredith Raney
